(a) Parents/Guardians are free to visit their children/wards on second Saturday and Sunday of every month between the hours of 10.00am and 5.00pm (for Saturday) and 2.00pm and 5.00pm (for Sunday). This is a good chance for parents to see their children/wards, interact with them and go through their work in order to find out their academic progress. Parents/Guardians are also free to comment on their findings. Teachers will be on duty to take questions/comments from parents/ guardians.
(b) Only parents/guardians who are carrying the identity card of their children/wards are allowed to visit their children/ward on these days. Any other
(c) Visitor must produce a written and duly signed letter from the parent, plus the child’s identity card before the Hostel Master allows the visitor to the child. The parent should also inform the school through phone before the arrival of the representative.
(d) In case of any emergency, the Principal’s permission must be sought before the student is allowed to see the visitor. Remember to carry the student’s identity card.
(e) Parents/Guardians must not visit their children/wards on any day outside the visiting days.
(a) Parents/guardians should collect their children/wards on the day the school vacates.
(b) Parents/guardians should sign out and collect a gate-pass from the hostel master before any student is allowed to leave the school compound.
(c) Failure to collect your child/ward on any vacation day, attracts a fine of three thousand naira (N3,000) for each day the student spends in the dormitory.
(d) Parents/guardians or their representatives are expected to bring the students back to school on the first day of the resumption week between 10.00am and 6.00pm.
(e) Any parent/guardian who wants the child/ward to stay back during the mid-term break should come before time and negotiate with the management.
