At the end of the 2016/2017 session, students of SS1 and SS2 classes will be participating in the Service Project and Leadership Training programs respectively.

The Leadership Training organized by Man O War Nigeria is aimed at instilling leadership qualities in the students through workshops and various physical training. At the end of the 10-day program to be conducted at a camp during the summer holiday, attending SS2 students will learn independent living and strong leadership skills required to successfully enter the world after graduation from Ray Jacobs.

The SS1 students will continue the yearly Service Project. Initiated in 2016, the Service Project is a 3- week long activity in which students are posted to work in orphanages or charity homes. Students are to report to work at their posted centers from home during the summer break. The project is aimed at building a love of community service in the students, and exposing them to the realities of poverty, sickness and inequality in our society.
